Terms of service
Last updated: 11 September 2026
1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to the use of Stratos. The provider is:
Michael SezerMS Strategies (Einzelunternehmen)
Rämelgässli 96
3067 Boll
Switzerland
Email: kontakt@msstrategies.ch
Stratos is an offering of MS Strategies (Einzelunternehmen, sole proprietorship), owner Michael Sezer ("we"). The terms apply to the free analysis and, once they are open for purchase, to paid plans. Deviating terms of customers do not apply.
2. What Stratos does
- You enter a website address. Stratos fetches up to five public pages of that website and uses an AI model (Google Gemini) to write five strategy documents.
- On demand, agents create content ideas, articles, X and LinkedIn posts, reply drafts for public Reddit threads, and GEO checks (whether Google Gemini mentions your brand for buyer-style questions).
- Stratos does not publish anything for you. You decide what you copy, edit, and publish.
- Features marked "planned" on the website are not available yet and are not part of a plan until they launch.
3. Early access
Stratos is in early access. We provide it as it is and try to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Plan limits are not enforced in the app during early access. Project dashboards are not protected by a login: anyone who knows or guesses a dashboard address can view it and run agents on it, and analyzing the same domain again replaces the stored project. Do not enter confidential information.
4. AI-generated content
All output is generated automatically by an AI model. It can contain errors, outdated or invented facts, or text that resembles existing content. Check facts, claims, and rights before you publish. You are responsible for what you publish and for following the rules of the platforms you post on (for example Reddit, X, or LinkedIn). You may use the output for your own business; we claim no rights in it.
5. Your obligations
- Only submit websites you own or are otherwise allowed to analyze.
- Do not submit confidential information or special categories of personal data.
- Do not use Stratos for unlawful purposes, to create misleading or infringing content, or to overload or attack the service.
6. Paid plans, prices, and payment
Paid plans are not open for purchase yet. Once they are, the plans, limits, and prices shown on the pricing page at the time of your order apply. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is made in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. A subscription renews automatically for the same period until it is cancelled.
7. Cancellation, money-back guarantee, and withdrawal
You can cancel a paid plan at any time by email to kontakt@msstrategies.ch. After cancellation you are not charged again; the plan stays usable until the end of the period already paid. Our 14-day money-back guarantee and, for consumers in the EU, the statutory right of withdrawal are described in the refund policy.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation that is essential to the contract, limited to the damage typically foreseeable when the contract was concluded. For the free analysis we are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded, as far as the law allows. Mandatory statutory liability, in particular under product liability law, remains unaffected.
9. Data protection
How we process data is described in the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for future use. For paid plans we inform you by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect; if you do not agree, you can cancel before that date.
11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. For businesses, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's place of business; consumers can also sue and be sued at their place of residence.
