Refund policy

Paid plans are not open for purchase yet. This policy applies to every paid plan from the moment paid plans are available. The free analysis costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

If Stratos is not right for you, email us within 14 days of the start of your paid plan (Starter, Growth, Scale, or Agency, monthly or annual). We refund your first payment for that plan in full, without deduction for the time you already used it, and end the plan. No call and no reason are required.

We refund to the payment method you used, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of your email.

You can cancel at any time by email to kontakt@msstrategies.ch. After cancellation you are not charged again. The plan stays usable until the end of the period already paid. Outside the money-back guarantee and the right of withdrawal, payments for periods already started are not refunded. See also the Terms of service.

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also have the following statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount in proportion to what has been provided until you have informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

Our money-back guarantee goes further: within its 14 days we refund the first payment in full, without any deduction for the service already provided.
